Improvements to roadways may be coming to St. Louis County’s 5th District

At the St. Louis County Council meeting on Tuesday, Councilman Pat Dolan introduced three bills that seek to improve roadways within the area. Construction bidding starts for St. Louis County Library location

A bidding process started by the St. Louis County Library for a new Mid-County Branch location has been kicked off. The location which is located at 7821 Maryland Ave., would replace the current branch with a new $8.5 million facility that would include a parking garage. On August 22, 2017, Governor Eric Greitens issued a stay of execution and appointed a Gubernatorial Board of Inquiry in the case of Marcellus Williams, to further consider Williams’ request for executive clemency. Toddler dies from possibly being left in vehicle for an extended period of time in South County

At approximately 6:00 p.m. on September 11, 2017, officers from the St. Louis County Police Department South County Precinct responded to 610 Kinswood Lane, the Casa Dia Montessori school, for a report of an unresponsive child that was not breathing.
