Legal victory paves the way for three abortion clinics

By Michael Layer  JEFFERSON CITY, Mo. – Four judges in the Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit denied a request Monday afternoon that would have prevented Planned Parenthood from opening health clinics in Springfield, Joplin, and Columbia. STL County PD identify victim in fatal Wildwood car accident

St. Louis County awarded $1 million to combat opioid epidemic

In order to fight the opioid epidemic that’s affecting the lives of St. Louis County residents, the Saint Louis County Department of Public Health has been awarded two grants from the U.S. Department of Justice. The two grants, totaling $1 million will be used to fund efforts over a three-year period, according to St. Louis County officials.
