A Minneapolis developer is planning a new senior living facility in Clayton. Under new applications and plans filed with the City of Clayton Monday, Minneapolis-based Ryan Cos. is proposing the new development, Clarendale of Clayton, on a 3.3-acre site northeast of the intersection at Hanley and Clayton roads — the site of the long-vacant former Schnucks grocery store.
