George Noory will be among some of the St. Louis Media Hall of Fame’s 2018 class of inductees.
On March 17, 2018, the ceremony will recognize 22 honorees for their contributions to print and broadcast journalism, digital media, advertising and public relations by the board of directors of the St. Louis Media History Foundation.
Noory is most famous for his late-night show “Coast to Coast AM” which airs on more than 600 stations in the U.S. as well as Canada, Mexico, and Guam and is heard by nearly three million weekly listeners.
“Coast to Coast AM” is the most listened to overnight radio program in North America. The show consists of topics ranging from news about current events, paranormal phenomena, aliens and conspiracy theories.
In St. Louis, Noory is known for his previous late-night show ‘The Nighthawk” which aired on KTRS, then became the news director at KSDK and won three Emmy Awards as a news executive.
