Hotel Saint Louis to hold Easter Brunch

ST. LOUIS – This Easter, Union 30 Restaurant and Bar is offering a brunch inspired by Hotel Saint Louis’ elevated style and local roots.

Residents and visitors of St. Louis will enjoy food in the hotel’s Grand Ballroom where Matt Birkenmeier, executive chef, has created a menu uniquely St. Louis.

“We are excited to kick-off our inaugural Easter Brunch with beautiful decorations, fresh flowers, live music, and families roaming throughout our hallways,” Steve Butcher, general manager of Hotel Saint Louis, said. “Form Skybar and our recently opened rooftop deck are sure to be excellent backdrops for family photos.”

One-of-a-kind specialties such as the Mac n Cheese Casserole, Cast Iron Salmon, Italian French Toast, and Crustless Quiche du Jour will be available for order. Chef Birkenmeier has also added a buffet, in addition to the signature dishes, which will feature a seafood display of oysters, jumbo shrimp, crawfish, and smoked salmon, as well as carving stations for beef and smoked turkey, myriad vegetables and sides.

Saint Louis Hotel recommends that guests save room for ultimate dessert spread which will feature a classic bread pudding with bourbon caramel sauce and more. Bottomless Mimosas for $12 and a Bloody Mary Bar will be available to guests 21 years of age and older.

The Easter Bunny will also make an appearance at Hotel Saint Louis to welcome guests along with live jazz music.

Easter Brunch will be served at 10:00 am, 12:00 pm, and 2:00 pm. Cost to enter is $59 for adults and $25 for children under the age of 8. All guests will be offered complimentary valet parking.
