Nine associates join Armstrong Teasdale, four in St. Louis

ST. LOUIS – Armstrong Teasdale, a law firm with offices across the United States, proudly announces that addition of nine associates across various practice groups and locations, including St. Louis, Kansas City, Denver and Philidelphia.

New additions to the firm as of Sept. 24th include Eric Brunngraber, Caitlin Fagan, Lance Hernandez, Ryan Seewald, Lucas Sheets, Mikayla Travers and Hannah Woofter. They join Associates Han Liu and Bianca Valcarce, who were also added to the firm recently.

Brunngraber, Fagan, Travers and Liu are at the St. Louis location.

Brunngraber is a member of the firm’s Intellectual Property practice group in St. Louis. He primarily counsels clients on patent law, especially in the electrical engineering area. Brunngraber is familiar with various programming languages, including C, MATLAB, SQL and VHDL. His strong mathematical and analytical skills enable him to easily digest complex technologies and provide the strongest protection for his clients. He is proficient in German and is admitted to practice law in Missouri.

Fagan is a member of the firm’s Corporate Services practice group, where she advises clients on general corporate law and governance. She has significant background in technology, having past experience as a business analyst for a global manufacturer, and is familiar with software, website development and associated security issues. Fagan studied abroad in France and has a wide range of international language experience that enables her to provide a global perspective to her clients doing business internationally. She is proficient in French and has limited proficiency in Brazilian Portuguese and German. Fagan is admitted to practice law in Missouri.

Hernandez is a member of the firm’s Litigation practice group in Denver. He has experience conducting research, drafting memoranda, preparing appellate arguments and advising clients on general litigation, white-collar crime, corporate litigation, securities and employment matters. In addition, Hernandez has experience in the intellectual property area drafting patent applications, patent claims and office action responses for various mechanical, electrical and aerospace-related patents. His background includes significant research experience and training in the mechanical engineering field. His admissions to practice law are pending in Colorado.

Seewald is a member of the firm’s Intellectual Property practice group in Denver, where he advises clients on a variety of mechanical and biotechnology matters. In addition to his background in chemistry, Seewald has significant hands-on laboratory and research experience in hematology and oncology, as well as medical device development and testing that lend well to his legal practice. His admissions to practice law are pending in Colorado.

Sheets is a member of the firm’s Corporate Services practice group in Kansas City. He primarily counsels clients on corporate law, including transactional and governance matters. Sheets has past experience drafting corporate and estate planning documents, conducting research and due diligence related to mergers and acquisitions, and handling matters involving tax code and occupational health and safety. Given his educational background in agricultural economics, Sheets has a strong understanding of the agribusiness industry, including farming and ranching. He also has past experience in government relations and consulting. He is admitted to practice law in Missouri.

Travers is a member of the firm’s Litigation practice group in St. Louis, where she handles disputes covering a range of issues for clients of all sizes. She is well-versed in all phases of discovery, trial preparation, and negotiation of settlements with opposing counsel. She is admitted to practice law in Missouri.

Woofter is a member of the firm’s Litigation practice group in Kansas City. She handles disputes covering a range of issues for companies of all sizes. She is well-versed in drafting memoranda, interrogatories and requests for production of documents; conducting research; and drafting and arguing dispositive motions. Woofter’s experience includes medical malpractice, employment and labor, insurance and noncompete law. She is admitted to practice law in Missouri and before the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Missouri.
