St. Louis, MO – The Brazen St. Louis Board of Directors today announced the election of three new members: Shonagh Clements, Danette Greer and Natalea Simmons Beaudean. These new members join a board of impactful community leaders dedicated to Brazen St. Louis’ mission of helping women entrepreneurs grow their businesses.
“Shonagh, Danette and Natalea, with their combined experience in entrepreneurship, business leadership, law and finance, will be strong additions to the Brazen St. Louis board,” said Dr. Mary Jo Gorman, Chair of the Brazen St. Louis Board of Directors. “We’re very pleased to have them join the Brazen St. Louis team to help women entrepreneurs in the region build their businesses.”
Shonagh Clements, JD, is General Counsel & Executive Vice President of Administration for Aboussie & Associates, a nationally-recognized strategic consulting firm. She is a trusted advisor to leadership teams and boards of directors. Shonagh is a licensed attorney who previously owned her own firm. The hallmark of her success is advancing strategic communications and business initiatives that promote growth, transform operations, and manage reputational risk. Shonagh has a JD from Northeastern University School of Law and a BA from Macalester College.
Danette Greer is a Business Innovation Consultant at World Wide Technologies Asynchrony Labs. She is an experienced executive and founder with a demonstrable history of developing and implementing strategies that grow and innovate business and industries. She is a creative leader adept in the art and science of empowering leaders that is grounded in sustainable and innovative practices. Danette studied Mechanical Engineering at Duke University.
Natalea Simmons Beaudean, CFP, CPA, CIMA, leads The Simmons Group Wealth Management team at Merrill Lynch. The Simmons Group assists private families, corporate executives and private foundations in identifying, managing and solving complex financial issues. Natalea works with clients to help them define their specific life goals and financial needs by providing comprehensive financial planning. She has an Executive MBA from Washington University and a BA from the University of Missouri – Columbia.

Brazen St. Louis recently brought on a full-time executive director. They co-hosted an Elevator Pitch Training for Women Entrepreneurs in February and the Be Seen Brunch Celebrating Women Entrepreneurs of Color this March.
