The St. Louis Cardinals and The Cordish Companies are excited to announce the opening of the model unit and leasing center for One Cardinal Way, the newest addition to the downtown St. Louis skyline. One Cardinal Way is part of the dynamic expansion plan to transform Ballpark Village into a vibrant 24/7 urban neighborhood for downtown St. Louis. In addition to One Cardinal Way, the 700,000 square foot second phase will feature the first Class A office building in downtown St. Louis in over a generation, anchored by PwC; an upscale, 216-key Live! by Loews – St. Louis, MO hotel, and a three-story retail pavilion anchored by Onelife Fitness.

The leasing center, located at 601 Clark Street inside Ballpark Village, provides an opportunity to view, touch and feel a fully built out kitchen, bath and living room and will soon offer prospective residents the ability to take a virtual tour of all apartments and building amenities. Tours are now available Tuesday – Friday between the hours of 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., Saturday from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. or by appointment. Leasing has already begun for the $120 million, 297–unit luxury apartment buildingwith over 60 apartment homes already reserved.
