The Supreme Court of Missouri has scheduled one docket of cases for oral argument next week.
Beginning at 9:30 a.m. Tuesday, January 23, the Court is scheduled to hear:
* SC96751, Mary Doe v. Eric Greitens, et al., an appeal from Cole County involving constitutional and statutory challenges to the state’s informed consent law.
* SC96599, Charles M. Ryan v. State of Missouri, an appeal from St. Francois County involving the denial of post-conviction relief for allegedly ineffective assistance of counsel relating to a group guilty plea proceeding.
* SC96640, Sybil Anne Archdekin v. Jarrett Alan Archdekin, an appeal from Buchanan County involving a challenge to the division of property and award of maintenance in a divorce case.
