RELEASE: R&B artist Kenny DeShields takes the stage April 19 at Central Library

R&B artist Kenny DeShields will take the stage on April 19 at 7 p.m. in the Auditorium at Central Library, 1301 Olive Street, as part of St. Louis Public Library’s free, monthly Not So Quiet! concert series.

Kenny DeShields brings the heart of life, love, and music to the stage with a collection of original songs. With a style that dabbles along the lines of John Legend and John Mayer, Kenny allows listeners to take a look into the heart of a man with an undying zeal and passion.

In 2017, DeShields was selected as one of the fan favorites in the #TinyDeskSTL contest hosted by St. Louis Public Radio. He was also 2012 and 2014 nominee in the RFT Music Showcase for Best R&B Artist as well as the 2011 winner for Best Gospel Artist in the RFT’s Best of St. Louis category.

This is an all-ages show, first come-first served, no reservation required.

  1. Hi there just wanted to give you a quick heads up. The
words in your article seem to be running off the screen in Firefox.

I’m not sure if this is a format issue or something to do with browser compatibility
but I figured I’d post to let you know. The design and style look
great though! Hope you get the issue solved soon. Cheers

  2. Hi, I do think this is a great website. I stumbledupon it 😉 I may
revisit yet again since I saved as a favorite it. Money and
freedom is the greatest way to change, may you be rich and continue to
    help other people.

  3. Hey there! I know this is kind of off topic but I was wondering if you knew where I could get a captcha plugin for my comment form?
I’m using the same blog platform as yours and I’m having problems finding one?
    Thanks a lot!
