WASHINGTON – U.S. Senators Roy Blunt (Mo.) and Mazie K. Hirono (Hawaii), along with U.S. Representatives Adam Smith (Wash.) and Chris Smith (N.J.), today introduced the bipartisan Adoptee Citizenship Act of 2018.
