AC Hotel gets positive conceptual review from Clayton Plan Commission

A proposed downtown Clayton hotel took another step toward becoming reality Tuesday. After about an hour of discussion, Clayton’s Plan Commission and Architectural Review Board gave a positive recommendation at conceptual review to plans for a proposed 12-story luxury hotel. Plans for updated Shaw Park Ice Rink to be heard at Plan Commission meeting

The Shaw Park Ice Rink could soon be getting an updated look, according to plans filed with the City of Clayton last month. In a proposal submitted to the planning development services on Nov. 20, the Clayton Parks & Recreation Department is proposing a new multi-use facility project that replaces the existing ice rink and facility with a new NHL-regulation size ice rink and facility that would address the needs of both the ice skating and tennis seasons.
