JEFFERSON CITY, Mo.—Employment in Missouri grew by 6,600 jobs in February, while the unemployment rate remained steady at 3.7 percent. For comparison, the seasonally adjusted U.S. rate was 4.1 percent in February, and the not-adjusted rate was 4.4. Ameren to help hurricane victims in Florida

Ameren has dispatched employees to assist with hurricane restoration efforts in Florida. The company has sent approximately 1,000 full-time employees to the state since Hurricane Irma devastated portions of the state.
