C-SPAN and Spectrum to honor local student documentary directors

C-SPAN and Spectrum will visit a variety of St. Louis region schools starting Wednesday to celebrate winners for C-SPAN’s annual student video documentary competition. Both C-SPAN and Spectrum will celebrate students efforts in the documentary competition, StudentCam which announced the winners in March.
