The Missouri Ethics Commission dismissed an ethics complaint against St. Louis County executive hopeful Mark Mantovani regarding a contribution but still fined the candidate for not filing campaign finance reports in a timely manner. Complaints filed against a St. Louis County Councilman’s campaign during the election cycle was ruled appropriate by the Missouri Ethics Commission earlier this month.
