Krewson, Stenger ask governor to fill long vacated Bi-State Development Board seat

St. Louis Mayor Lyda Krewson and St. Louis County Executive Steve Stenger sent a letter to Governor Eric Greitens on Wednesday requesting that he fill a long vacant position on the Bi-State Development Agency board.
