The St. Louis County Police Department announced on Tuesday that they are labeling a South County man’s death a homicide. Monday at approximately 4:40 p.m., St. Louis County Police officers from the South County Precinct responded to the 600 block of Bayless Avenue for a call for a check the welfare. The Supreme Court of Missouri on Tuesday has issued an execution order for a man who murdered his ex-girlfriend’s lover in 1996. Russell Bucklew, who killed romantic rival, Michael Sanders, after he followed his ex-girlfriend, Stephanie Ray to her and Sanders’ trailer home in Cape Girardeau County.
