Clayton, developer announce plans for new hotel in former police headquarters

Clayton officials are collaborating with a Montana developer and local construction company to transform the former Clayton Police headquarters at 227 S. Central Ave. into a new hotel. In new plans filed with the city of Clayton Wednesday, developer HomeBase and St. Louis-based L.
