Judge denies motion to dismiss in Greitens’ felony invasion of privacy case

Greitens defense attorneys accuse Circuit Attorney of withholding evidence, ‘gross misconduct’

In the first hearing since the Missouri House released a scathing report against Governor Eric Greitens, his defense team on Thursday accused St. Louis City Circuit Attorney Kim Gardner of withholding evidence and “gross misconduct and incompetence.” The St. Louis Circuit Attorney’s office said they conducted a two hour videotaped interview with the Missouri governor’s former mistress last month.
