Gershman Commercial Real Estate brokered the sale of two office buildings in Clayton and Maryland Heights for $8.9 million.
The 20,838-square-foot Clayton building located at 222 S. Meramec Ave. was purchased by VAD Realty LLC for $2.7 million. It’s located near the newly constructed Two Twelve Clayton, a luxury apartment complex.
The other office space located at 11960 Westline Industrial Drive in Maryland Heights was purchased by BMO-1 The Westport LLC for $6.2 million.
The Maryland Heights building stands at 91,131-square-feet and was 78 percent leased at the sale to tenants such as Kantar Health, YOH Services and Lindenwood University.
According to a press release, Tim Balk of Gershman Commercial Real Estate represented the seller, CUNA Mutual Financial Group Inc., in both transactions.
