ST. LOUIS, Mo. – Marriott International honored Midas Hospitality, a premier hotel development, management and investment firm, with the Partnership Circle Award.
The Partnership Circle Award is the highest honor that Marriott presents for hospitality excellence. It honors companies that live by Marriott’s vision, shares a mutual longterm commitment, fully embraces Marriott’s brand initiatives, focuses on employees to create a well-managed and engaged workforce, invests in hotel product and provides outstanding customer service. These values were created by J.W. Marriott.
Being awarded the Partnership Circle Award is a testament to Midas’ dedication, according to Marriott. Midas has proven its dedication to its guests and associates while upholding the values of Marriott.
“The Partnership Circle Award represents all that we as an organization strive to achieve in terms of excellent customer service and brand distinction,” David Robert, CEO and managing member of Midas Hospitality said.
Not only did Midas receive that Partnership Circle Award, but the hotel was also honored with the Guest Satisfaction Excellence Award for Marriott’s Residence Inn brand. This award is only presented once per hotel brand. Midas’ Residence Inn portfolio, which includes two hotels in Charlotte, N.C. and two in St. Louis, Mo., was the nation’s only recipient of the award as well as selected as the top-ranked group.
Robert noted that receiving the Resident Inn Award is another win for the company and the continued to quest to ensure the finest of experiences at each property the company manages.
“We graciously accept this recognition on behalf of our entire team, which is truly responsible for the award and all that it represents,” Robert said.
