In the first pretrial hearing regarding the felony computer tampering case against Gov. Eric Greitens, a St. Louis Associate Circuit judge waived his appearance until a grand jury decides whether or not to indict the embattled governor. No ruling in Greitens team’s attempt to disqualify Circuit Attorney in felony computer tampering case

St. Louis Circuit Judge Rex Burlison did not make a ruling Tuesday on whether or not he will appoint a special prosecutor in the felony computer tampering case against Governor Eric Greitens.
