ST. LOUIS, Mo. – The Ritz-Carlton, St. Louis will celebrate the arrival of 2019 with an epicurean New Year’s Eve Dinner at The Grill. The five-course menu will include the annual Champagne toast.
The Grill chef, Darry Dugger, will present an extraordinary five-course meal highlighted by cold smoked shrimp, lamb naan, crisp Caeser salad, drawn lobster tail, strip steak au poivre, a Champagne toast and more. Vegetarian selections will be available upon request.
