The St. Louis County Police Department is on the hunt for information regarding a shooting homicide in the City of Riverview that happened on Monday. According to police, officers from the City of Riverview Police Department around 11:00 a.m. responded to a shooting in the 300 block of Scenic Drive. St. Louis County on Wednesday announced that it issued a Request for Proposals (RFP) to equip the county’s police officers and patrol cars with cameras with the funds allocated from Proposition P. STL County Council approves legislation that would fund HIV prevention in the area

The St. Louis County Council approved legislation at Tuesday’s meeting that would allow the county to accept a grant that would help fund HIV prevention services and allow for risk reduction activities. The bill would authorize County Executive Steve Stenger to accept a grant of $100,000 from the City of St. Louis Department of Health for the services.
