St. Louis County Police respond to shooting in North County

On September 17, 2017 at approximately 7:58 PM, St. Louis County Police officers from the North County Precinct responded to the 10700 Hallwood Drive for a ShotSpotter activation and a call for a shooting.

Upon arrival, officers located a male victim, approximately 24 years of age, in a vehicle parked in the street. He suffered from gunshot wounds and was transported to a local hospital for life-saving treatment. He remains in the hospital in critical condition.

The incident is under investigation by the St. Louis County Police Department Bureau of Crimes Against Persons and remains very active at this time.
