ST. LOUIS, Mo. – Armstrong Teasdale, a law firm with offices located across the United States, announced on Thursday that Timothy A. Graham has recently joined the St. Louis office as of counsel.
Graham has over 30 years of experience, concentrating his practice in areas of asbestos, toxic tort and civil litigation. Prior to joining Armstrong Teasdale, Graham spent 18 years at a law firm in Edwardsville, Il. where he defending clients in class action; trucking products liability and asbestos matters.
Before serving at the firm in Illinois, he owned and operated Graham Law Offices located in St. Louis. While there, Graham defending clients in legal matters of contract disputes; bankruptcy proceedings; criminal defense and family law.
Graham defends Fortune 500 companies in toxic tort litigation involving wrongful death claims that allege exposure to asbestos. He is also active in handling claims in “challenging” venues in both Missouri and southern Illinois. In those claims, Graham has taken over 1,000 depositions of plaintiffs; co-workers; medical providers and other industry experts in asbestos matters.
He enlisted in the U.S. Navy in 1974 annd served until 1978. Graham was an active member of the Navy reserves from 1984 until 2013; he served as a supply corps officers from 1989 to 2013. After the events of September 11, 2001, he was recalled to active military duty and served four tours total, two in the Middle East and two at Pacific Fleet Command Headquarters.
Graham’s experience with the U.S. Navy, as both active and reserve duty, have given him a “unique” insight when defending asbestos claims filed against Navy suppliers.
